![](img/logo-terms.png) **By registering for the x33fcon Conference and/or x33fcon Training, you give your consent to all of the below registration terms and conditions. We advise you to print these terms for your own records.** Registration and Payment ------------------------ Registration should be performed by means provided by x33fcon organizers. Please check all provided information which is required to successfully identify you as a conference and/or training attendee. Please note that any payment you make has to reach x33fcon organizers in full no later than **two weeks** before the conference. After registering for the training, the x33fcon team will inform you about the due dates. The training fee must be paid before the training date. **For all registrations payment has to be made in full before the ticket type deadline is reached. After the deadline discounted fees will not be honored as fully paid.** Cancellation Policy ------------------- x33fcon conference fees are non-refundable **two weeks** before the event. x33fcon training fees are non-refundable after **May 8, 2026**. Registrants who must cancel may substitute another person by sending written request to `register (at) x33fcon.com` with details of your substitution. Paid registrants who do not cancel by **May 29, 2026** (conference) or **May 8, 2026** (training), fail to send a substitute or do not attend the conference and/or training forfeit their entire registration fee. Paid registrants who cancel and do not substitute another person will receive a refund less a **20% processing fee** if notification is submitted before **May 29, 2026** (conference) or **May 8, 2026** (training). If you cancel an earlier registration and then re-register at a later date, your new registration will be based on the current pricing as of the date as your final registration. Earlier registration pricing will be invalid. We reserve the right to cancel your duplicate or unpaid registrations without notice. Letters of Invitation --------------------- If you require a Letter of Invitation to attend this event, please send written request to `conference (at) x33fcon.com`. Letters of Invitation are usually only required by foreigners who must obtain a VISA in order to attend the conference. Meals ----- All fully paid training and conference attendees will receive lunch and coffee services per day of paid attendance. Conference Badges ----------------- All persons on the conference floor must have a badge visible on them at all times. Family members, spouses, friends, peers, etc. are strictly prohibited access to the conference venue without a badge. Training Class Reservations --------------------------- All training course seats are first come, first serve. The only way to hold a seat in a training course is to be paid in full at the time of your registration. x33fcon organizers reserve the right to cancel your unpaid registration without notification in order to guarantee the seat to another delegate. Training Class Cancellation by x33fcon organizers ------------------------------------------------- Trainers set minimum number of students for each class. If the number is not met, x33fcon will close or postpone the training. If x33fcon organizers are forced to close a training class, you have the following options: - receive a refund of your payment in full should you choose to cancel your training - you will not be assessed a processing fee - move to another class if there is space in that class Please note that if the newly selected course is more expensive then you must pay the difference. If the newly selected course is less expensive, you will be given a refund for the difference in the original payment instrument. You will not receive a refund for the entire conference should you choose to cancel your entire registration. You will only receive a refund for the canceled class. If you wish to cancel your entire registration please see the Cancellation Policy above. General Conditions ------------------ x33fcon organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove personnel (both registered and non-registered) from the event for vandalism, stealing, offensive and unruly behavior, or for any other reasons deemed appropriate, at their discretion. x33fcon organizers will not be liable in respect of any loss of or damage to the personal property of, or the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by negligence (including the negligence of x33fcon organizers) or otherwise. This exclusion of liability does not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law. Complaints ---------- Any complaints and reservations concerning the execution of electronic payments can be submitted to the x33fcon Organizers electronically to the following e-mail address: `conference (at) x33fcon.com`. Complaints and reservations concerning the execution of electronic payments shall be considered by x33fcon Organizers immediately, within not more than 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
